cFive Solutions, Inc. Announces 2018 #Catalyst4Change Award Finalists

Voting Now Open to Recognize Innovation in Community Supervision

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif. – May 1, 2018 – After receiving an outstanding nationwide response to the call for nominations for its 2018 #Catalyst4Change awards program, cFive Solutions, Inc. today announced the slate of Finalists and launch of the program’s award voting period. #Catalyst4Change is cFive’s corporate initiative created to give back to the industry by creating a platform to recognize dynamic individuals in community supervision, share insight on what works, and build awareness and support in the community and beyond.

“The nominations submitted for the #Catallyst4Change award represent a diverse group of individuals whose innovative community supervision programs truly exemplify #Catalyst4Change,” said Jeremy Burr, cFive CEO. “They reflect the incredible commitment of community supervision professionals across the nation to reduce recidivism and build a culture of success.”

cFive encourages members of the supervision (probation and parole) community to review the Finalist profiles and vote on the most innovative people and programs in community supervision. “An important component of the #Catalyst4Change program is that the award winner is chosen by the community supervision community,” said James Newman, cFive’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “No one knows better who is championing programs that make a difference than those who work tirelessly to improve outcomes and public safety every day.”

Submissions have been reviewed by a panel of industry leaders who have selected three Finalists:

  • Arlyn Harris, Maricopa County Adult Probation Department (Arizona)
  • Jill Johansson-Love, Dallas County Community Supervision & Corrections Adult Probation (Texas)
  • Stacy Ledvina, Manitowoc County Human Services (Wisconsin)

The Finalists’ stories and the #Catalyst4Change voting platform are available on the cFive website (www.cfive.com/2018-catalyst4change). Voting closes June 15. The winner will be announced in July at the American Probation and Parole Association (APPA) Annual Training Institute in Philadelphia and will receive an award as well as airfare and admission to the APPA training event.
