The company changed its name to reflect its focus on connecting what it sees as the five key elements that build an ideal supervision management ecosystem.

A recent study by the McKinsey consulting group found that most industries had yet to capture significant value from data and analytics. While the value ranged from 10 to 60 percent of potential value for all industries, the study highlighted the public sector at the low-end of the spectrum with only 10 to 20 percent of potential value captured.
